In the last two weeks we have looked at resilience - Emotion Awareness (understanding emotions) and impulses these things mean that we all have feeling and we are all going threw things.
Being able to control my emotions in different situations avoids getting involved in big situations and is making u feel like the hurt one.
Knowing how to react and respond in situations rather than acting on impulses means that u could avoid more drama than u need
